Windsor Block Lofts

The project consisted of the gut-and-remodel of the second floor of a historic 1890’s downtown building to convert it into first-of-its-kind 9-unit “loft” living in Rapid City and to restore the façade to a near original historic appearance.  We worked closely with the National Historic Preservation Office for tax-credit incentives. The project was awarded the Rapid City Historical Preservation Commission 2009 Preservation Achievement Award for preservation excellence.
